Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or opened products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
